The Traveling Nomad started with one goal — bring real-deal food to the streets. After years in professional kitchens and catering halls, Chef Jim Caulfield launched this mobile kitchen to combine gourmet flavor with the grit and freedom of a food truck.

From smoked meats to loaded sandwiches, everything we serve is made from scratch with fresh ingredients and lots of heart. We’re not about cutting corners — we’re about going the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to serve meals that make people say “damn, that’s good.”

Our brand is built around movement. The truck rolls. The smoke billows. The food never stops. With a name like The Traveling Nomad, you better believe we get around — from Cape May to Camden and everywhere in between.
